Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances: 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives in terrible condition (damaged, defective or otherwise unusable), you may request a full refund. To be eligible, you must provide photographic proof clearly showing the issue with the product.

  2. Order Not Received: If you do not receive your order due to our failure to ship it, you may request a full refund. This does not apply to delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

How to request a refund

To request a refund please follow these steps below:

    Send us a direct message to our official instagram account @nibbles.store including your tracking number and photographic proof. without either of these pieces of information your order cannot be processed for a refund.

  2. Response time

    We will review your request and respond within 48 hours of receiving your message.

  3. Important Note

    Refund requests sent through and other forms of communication (email, phone, website contact form, etc.) will not be answered or processed.
